After yesterdays abysmal practice, I had to practice this evening, even though it was Moon day. Though I like Grim’s comment yesterday about some teachers saying you should take off the 24 hours up to the moon point, perhaps it was the reason for yesterdays lethargy.
Practice today was done to the accompaniment of trying to listen to my breath while thunder and lightening crashed and banged outside. I like storms, I usually stop what I am doing to watch them, but the electric stormy energy was good for my practice, though we no longer have the sticky heat we had last week.
I blasphemously did Primary up to Halasana, having diverted into a few 2nd series poses after seated to try and re-open and energise my back, it worked to a point, but I am realising Michaela was correct on Saturday when she said my dropback backbend is much deeper and croquet hoopish, then my Urdva Dhanurasana off the floor.
Halfway to Friday day tomorrow.

They just seem to come at the wrong time. One advantage of home alone practice, you can ignore them if you want to
